President's Message

Dear ACF Triad Chapter Members,

As I take on the honor of serving as your newly elected president, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your trust and commitment to this organization. I am excited about the journey ahead and the opportunities we will have to grow and innovate together in the coming years.

2025 marks the beginning of a new phase for our local chapter. Over the next two years, I am eager to work with all of you to build a more dynamic, creative, and forward-thinking community of culinary professionals. Together, we will focus on expanding educational initiatives, fostering stronger professional and community networks, and exploring creative ways to showcase our talents that elevate the culinary arts in the Triad.

We are at a pivotal moment in the culinary world, where advocacy, innovation, and mentorship are more important than ever. My goal is to help shape a chapter where every member feels empowered to share ideas, learn new skills, and advance their careers. I encourage you to bring your passions, your creativity, and your expertise to the table as we work together to strengthen our chapter.

We also look forward to enhancing our involvement with the wider community, supporting culinary students, and celebrating the diverse flavors and traditions that make our profession so vibrant. This year will be one of change and growth, and I am confident that together we will create lasting impacts that will serve both our members and our community for years to come.

I am truly excited for what 2025 will bring, and I look forward to collaborating with all of you to make this a year of meaningful progress and shared success.

Wishing you and your loved ones a prosperous, healthy, and delicious New Year!

Sincerely,
Daryl Pobanz CEC
